Sonia offers wellness coaching, yoga instruction, and guided meditation in both group settings and 1 on 1 sessions. Yoga classes are designed to meet the specific need of the individual and to enhance healing, flexibility, alignment, and strength of joints. Emphasis on the coordination of breath & movement is also a key component during each yoga session. Wellness coaching sessions are designed to empower individuals by sharing the necessary tools that will gently assist them with achieving their wellness goals.
Sonia offers guidance and provides a safe and exciting space for individuals to connect to themselves on a deeper level. Her unique programs are created for students of all levels. Wellness sessions are inspiring, encouraging, and allow room for personal growth and transformation.
